Jamar Graham is the largest high school quarterback in the country. He stands 6-foot-8, 255ish pounds.

This is as a senior in high school. Graham isn’t even 18 yet.

Is there any high school qbs taller than him⁉️

A three-star prospect in the college football recruiting Class of 2024, Graham has offers from Alcorn State, Florida Atlantic and UAB. He first burst onto the scene as a sophomore in 2021 while leading Cedar Grove (Ga.) to a Class 3A state championship with 1,732 yards and 17 touchdowns.

Today he plays for Tucker High School, also in Georgia. Graham’s numbers so far this season are impressive.

Through the first five games of the 2023 season, Graham has thrown for 775 yards and five touchdowns while also running for three scores on the ground. There is no way for an opposing defensive back to keep up with his deep ball, and they better not step in his lane because he will run them over.

Jamar Graham has a wicked arm.

Graham’s mid-season highlight tape is an absolute joy to watch. When he’s not chucking it downfield with the cannon where his arm should be, he’s hammering the ball through weaker defensive fronts.

While standing next to his teammates, Graham looks more like a left tackle than a quarterback. Only because he’s that much bigger than virtually every other player of his age.

Were they hittin it ⁉️🕺

However, the second Graham gets on the field, he’s a quarterback through and through. If you haven’t received the memo by now, his deep ball is a treat.

High school football’s tallest quarterback will run through you.

Cutting him loose on the ground is an even bigger problem. Graham will simply bully his way to pay dirt.

To put Graham’s size in perspective, the tallest quarterback in NFL history — Dan McGwire — was also 6-foot-8, 240 pounds. The biggest high school quarterback in the country is the exact same height, and probably has him beat in terms of weight.

Wherever Graham ends up, he is going to be a nightmare for opposing defenses. Hopefully his stock as a quarterback will continue to rise and we get to watch him pulverize G5 defenses for years to come.

In the meantime, there are five games left in Tucker’s regular season. Graham will continue to be a bully, who also happens to throw the ball 60+ yards on a rope.
