John Cena Makes Shocking Retirement Announcement At WWE’s ‘Money In The Bank’ Event

John Cena’s legendary WWE run is coming to an end.

After over 20 years with the WWE, Cena announced that he was retiring from wrestling after 2025.

According to Cena, he plans to join the WWE on their move to Netflix and plans to wrestle his final match at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.

“Tonight I officially announce my retirement from the WWE.”

“This farewell does not end tonight…RAW makes history next year when it moves to Netflix…that is history that is first, and I will be there…2025 Royal Rumble will be my last, the 2025 Elimination Chamber will be my last, and I am hear to announce that in Las Vegas WrestleMania 2025 will be the last WrestleMania I will compete in.”

Fans immediately began loudly chanting “Thank You, Cena” as a tribute to the popular WWE superstar.

WrestleMania in Las Vegas is set to take place at Allegiant Stadium on April 19th and April 20th.
