This photo of Johnny Manziel merchandise on a clearance rack at a Dick’s Sporting Goods store in Ohio is going viral. It’s supposed to show how Cleveland Browns fans have fallen out of love with Johnny Manziel in the wake of his atrocious performance on Sunday.
But maybe, just maybe, the Johnny Football shirts are on clearance because they’re freaking ugly and no one is buying them anyway. Or perhaps Browns fans are so into Brian Hoyer that they’re passing over the Manziel merchandise.
Hey, it could happen.
A few more awful outings by Cleveland’s moniest player and they’ll have to give these things away.
