It seems like Johnny Manziel is pretty much begging the Cleveland Browns to release him just so he can do whatever he wants in Dallas.
Amid reports that the Cleveland Browns will take their time om making a decision on what to do with Manziel, Johnny was seen in Dallas partying with Mavs star Chandler Parsons late last night.
