Jorge Masvidal is set to take on Gilbert Burns in the co-main event at UFC 287 tonight.

Masvidal enters the fight as a sizable underdog and looking to snap a 3-fight losing streak.

Despite this, his attention has seemed to be on a different fighter throughout fight week.

In the lead up to his fight with Burns, Masvidal has ended up developing beef with Kevin Holland.

Earlier this week, Masvidal and Holland had to be separated by UFC security at the host hotel after getting into an altercation.

The UFC tried to avoid acknowledging the incident throughout the week, but it appears Masvidal and Holland weren’t done with each other yet.

Following yesterday’s weigh-ins for UFC 287. the two were caught on video getting into another altercation.

Altercations outside of the cage with other UFC fighters aren’t exactly an uncommon occurrence for Masvidal.

The most memorable came after he knocked out Darren Till in the main event of a Fight Night card in London. Leon Edwards, who won in the co-main event that night, was shouting at Masvidal while he was being interviewed by Laura Sanko. Masvidal walked up to Edwards and landed 3 punches.

A few years later, he allegedly attacked Colby Covington at a steakhouse in Miami over things Covington said in the lead up to their fight. The fight saw Covington dominate Masvidal on the way to a unanimous decision win.

Kevin Holland is set to fight Santiago Ponzinibbio tonight.

However things play out for these two fighters at UFC 287, maybe this will set up the next matchup for both fighters.
