Antonio Brown finds himself in trouble once again, as reports indicate that a judge has ordered that the former NFL wide receiver be arrested.

According to reports, a judge in Miami-Dade County, Florida ordered police to arrest Brown on Friday, April 14 over allegedly missing child support payments to his ex Wiltrice Jackson.

“The Broward County Sheriff’s Office has been in receipt of the order, a BCSO spokesperson confirmed on Friday morning. But, according to the docs, Brown can be released from custody if he pays $30,000, which the Florida judge ruled is to be applied to his unpaid child support,” says TMZ.

Brown, 34 years old, last played in the NFL back in 2021 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Considered one of the best receivers in the NFL during his prime, the end of Brown’s career was seemingly marked by endless controversy.

His time in the NFL, for example, ended with him ripping off his clothes and storming off the field during the middle of a game against the New York Jets.

Prior to his two-year stint with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brown played for the New England Patriots, Oakland Raiders, and Pittsburgh Steelers. The best years of his career were undoubtedly his years in black and yellow, as he was named to all seven of his Pro Bowl appearances during that time.

Over the course of his 11-season NFL career, Brown caught 928 passes for 12,291 yards, and 82 touchdowns. His best statistical season came in 2015 when he put up career-highs in both catches, 136, and yards, 1,834.

In the years since Brown’s “retirement”, his life has been a virtually endless series of controversies that include him allegedly exposing himself to a woman in a Dubai hotel, an hours-long standoff with police at his home in Tampa Bay, being suspended from Snapchat for sharing explicit content, and more.
