Julia Louis-Dreyfus Had The BEST Reaction Of Anyone To Their School Making The NCAA Tournament

One of the neat stories of the weekend was the fact that Northwestern after what I believe was a jillion* tries, finally made their first NCAA Tournament.

One of the players on Northwestern, Charlie Hall, also just happens to be the son of actors Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Brad Hall.

Hall made the Wildcats as a walk-on freshman last year after averaging 15.3 points at Crossroads School in L.A. and both his mom and dad are Northwestern alumni.

Naturally, Charlie’s mom and dad have been following the team closely this season and especially during the Big Ten tournament…

The sophomore hasn’t played much this year, logging just one minute during the team’s Big Ten tournament win over Rutgers, but that doesn’t mean that his family isn’t thrilled that he’s going to get a chance to participate in “The Big Dance.”

“We’re going to the dance, boys! @numensbball making history! #proud #B1GCats #poundtherock #NCAA @marchmadness,” wrote Charlie’s famous mom alongside an A+ video to celebrate…

Perfect.

Don’t know about you, but I will be rooting for the 8th seeded Wildcats to take home a W in the first round against Vanderbilt if for no other reason than to see what else the Veep star has in store for us as the Wildcats, hopefully, move on in the NCAA Tournament.

(*rough estimate)
