Um…. It looks like Julian Edelman unfollowed Tom Brady on Instagram? pic.twitter.com/GkXjFu5gpw

For 10 minutes last night, Julian Edelman unfollowed Tom Brady. But that’s all it takes for the crows and ravens to descend upon a carcass made of broken friendships and social media spite. I couldn’t believe it myself. All those years, all those touchdowns… Brady to Edelman, Magic to Kareem, Jordan to, uh, Jordan? They hooked up so often that people stopped asking them to define their status. Surely, such consistent love would withstand a trade. Right?
Wrong. At least, for 10 minutes.
He followed him again. pic.twitter.com/7eupuf6V5j

He’s back! Back in the game baby! Jules, if you’re reading this, it’s a far better move to mute him. Posts and story. That allows you to stop seeing his posts, but it doesn’t give your ex the satisfaction of knowing you can’t handle seeing them anymore. For once they know you’ve unfollowed them, they’ve won—they’re in your head, under your skin, breaking ground on a new settlement in your heart.
NY Post– Brady still follows Edelman as of Wednesday morning.
Ouch. Big man Tom ready to move on without an unfollow. That’s cold. Unflappable. Sorry Jules. At this point, he should just unfollow him again. The crows will come, but eventually they’ll move on. And so will he. Maybe.
