Kanye West apparently doesn’t have a prenup while heading for divorce. Earlier this week, it was reported that West and Bianca Censori had contacted lawyers and were splitting up.
According to the Daily Mail, the rap mogul had agreed to pay Censori $5 million in a divorce settlement.

It’s thought that they have verbally agreed that she will get a payment of $5 million following the short marriage, which began in December 2022.
A source close to the rapper, 47, confirmed that the couple have now broken up and that they expect a legal filing to end the marriage in the coming days.
Censori, 30, is understood to be staying at their $35 million house in Beverly Park North, Los Angeles for now.
TMZ is now reporting that West did not sign a prenup with Censori and is having trouble finding lawyers to take his case.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the reps contacted at least one lawyer early in the week, and this was not the first time. Another source with direct knowledge tells TMZ, one of Kanye’s reps contacted another lawyer back in October, when TMZ was reporting marital trouble. We’re told the rep “was hot, angry.” Our source says the lawyer passed on repping Ye.
If they do pull the trigger and file for divorce, it’s going to be an interesting case, because sources with direct knowledge tell us, there’s no prenup.
As of now West and Censri have yet to file a divorce despite rumors circulating about the two splitting up.
