Khamzat Chimaev apparently doesn’t feel too bad about missing weight for his UFC 279 fight against Nate Diaz.
On Friday, Chimaev weighed in 7.5 pounds over the welterweight limit, completely screwing up the UFC 279 fight card.

The early reports claim that the Chimaev vs. Diaz fight is off, and the UFC is scrambling to find a last-minute replacement for the main event.

I talked to someone in Diaz's camp who said "Khamzat fight's not going to happen." They believe Chimaev didn't even try to make the weight and is basically cheating. The consensus around Diaz's team is he's either going to fight Tony Ferguson or not fight at all. #UFC279

About a half hour after missing weight, Chimaev joked about the situation on Twitter by posting a photoshopped photo of himself blaming Darren Till for his situation.

Fans didn’t find the joke funny and ripped into Chimaev to shreds.
