Chick Kitesurfing In Australia Blissfully Unaware That She’s Being Circled By A Great White Shark

A woman kitesurfing the relatively tranquil winds of Fitzgerald River National Park in Western Australia was totally unaware of what was happening around her. She was just holding onto that harness, riding the wind, and filming herself with a drone. It wasn’t until she rode close to a giant black mass in the water that she realized there was a great white shark circling her, and that’s when things got heated.

Later, Isabelle Fabre was able to take a look at the drone footage being filmed and see that there was a big ass great white shark circling her the entire time she was kitesurfing. Vacationing from France, this didn’t ruin her trip. Instead, it gave her the story of a lifetime which has since gone viral.

Speaking with The Sun UK, the French blogger told them ‘I thought I was done’. Whether or not she was ever in any actual danger remains to be seen as there’s no reason whatsoever to assume that the juvenile great white shark had hostile intentions. She told The Sun “my butt regularly fell into the water” and “I saw my life parade in front of my eyes every time I spun around and landed in the water.”

I’ve swum with sharks on many occasions and it’s always an exhilarating experience. I haven’t been fortunate enough to swim with great white sharks yet, but from everything I’ve ever seen about these giants their behavior is no different than every other docile shark in the ocean. It’s almost impossible to believe that this juvenile shark was stalking someone kitesurfing with intentions to eat lunch, but I’m not here to predict what the hell was going on in that shark’s mind, I’m just here to share this crazy ass video with you bros.
