A Korean broadcast of the Chiefs-Bills playoff matchup has gone viral on social media. The call highlights Tyler Bass’s missed game-tying field goal attempt in the fourth quarter of action.
The two AFC rivals faced off in a highly competitive postseason contest that ended in all-too-familiar fashion for Buffalo.
After going back and forth throughout the night, Kansas City found themselves up by three points at the final two-minute warning. A late Bills drive stalled at the 26-yard line, forcing Buffalo to kick in hopes of tying.
That field goal sailed wide right, creating instant hysteria in Highmark Stadium.
Fans of the home team were met with a sense of dejection while the Chiefs reveled in that pain.
Jim Nantz and Tony Romo were in the booth for CBS, giving their best call of that deciding play. They also might’ve put the hex on Bass before attempting that kick.
While the US broadcast was entertaining for NFL viewers, many believe a call on a Korean network was even more exciting.
