Kyle Hamilton was thrilled to see Tua Tagovailoa enter the game during overtime on Sunday. His teammate, Marlon Humphrey, said it was probably the most excited that he has ever seen him during their five years together.

Savage!

A new on-field video from the NFL shows the Baltimore Ravens were chomping at the bit when the Atlanta Falcons sent their backup quarterback onto the field. Hamilton manifested the win.

Tua Tagovailoa threw an interception during overtime to lose the game.

Baltimore and Atlanta played to a 23-23 tie through the first four quarters of Sunday Night Football. Tyler Huntley led the way for the Ravens with Lamar Jackson sidelined due to injury. Michael Penix Jr. made his third start of the season for the Falcons.

The latter won each of his first two starts and put his team in position to win the third. And then he got hurt on the third-to-last play of the fourth quarter.

Tua Tagovailoa took over at quarterback with 19 seconds remaining. He completed one pass for 14 yards. Penix came back in on the next play. Atlanta punted on the final play of regulation.

Baltimore got the ball first during overtime. The Ravens went 68 yards on 14 plays in seven minutes and three second to take a seven-point lead. The Falcons took over. Tagovailoa was back at quarterback.

It looked like Bijan Robinson tried to sub him out as soon as he got to the huddle but he stayed in the game.

Tagovailoa completed a pass to Drake London for 20 yards on the first offensive play of overtime. He threw an interception on the second offensive play of overtime.

Kyle Hamilton picked him off. Game over.

Kyle Hamilton was so excited to see the quarterback change.

Ravens defensive back Marlon Humphrey said on his podcast that Kyle Hamilton smelled blood in the water as soon as he saw Tua Tagovailoa replace Michael Penix Jr. to begin overtime. He knew he was going to get an interception.

“Kyle was like, ‘TUA IN THE GAME.’ He was like, ‘He gonna throw me one.’ It was the most excited I’ve probably seen Kyle.”

The NFL released a mic’d up video from the game between Atlanta and Baltimore. It shows the exact moment that Humphrey discussed on his podcast. Hamilton’s eyes lit up as soon as he saw Tagovailoa. The 25-year-old safety ran up and down the sideline like Paul Revere to inform his teammates of the quarterback change.

And then he did exactly what he said he was going to do two plays later. His interception sealed the win.
