Laila Ali Says She Could Beat Ronda Rousey: ‘No Woman Can Beat Me, Period’

Laila Ali was caught by a cameraman making her way out of LAX over the weekend when the topic of Ronda Rousey was brought up and whether or not Laila could beat her in a fight.

At first Laila Ali, who was 24-0 with 21 knockouts as a professional boxer, initially tried to dodge the question, saying that she’s a boxer and Ronda Rousey is a UFC fighter, but about two seconds later her Ali roots kicked into gear.

“That’s like a question I am not even going to answer,” replied Ali. Who then went on to definitively answer it.

“I’m not a UFC fighter, she’s not a boxer, and no woman can beat me, period,” said Laila.

“Not even Ronda?” asked the cameraman.

“Of course not. She so much smaller than me anyway. She’s like the size of my daughter, my three year-old.”

Is there any chance Rousey doesn’t respond to that?

Ali also had thoughts on who her dad was taking in the Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao fight which were quite interesting.
