The Los Angeles County Coroner’s department on Wednesday identified her as 44-year-old Nadine Hernandez.

Just a few weeks ago it was revealed that Hernandez sent a letter to the judge in Rose’s civil rape case requesting that the accuser remain anonymous to assist in the LAPD’s criminal investigation of the incident.

As of the time being it is unclear whether Hernandez’s death was homicide or a suicide.
