The football world had the misfortune of watching Russell Wilson cook on Thursday Night Football. That game is already being referred to by millions as one of the worst and most boring NFL games in history. And most of the blame for that game has fallen squarely on the shoulders of Russ.
An image of Melvin Gordon giving a gassed Russell Wilson the side eye went viral. Everyone had something to say about that picture (best reactions here). That included former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III (RGIII) who was getting in his shots at Russ on Twitter.
LeSean McCoy saw RGIII’s tweet about Russ and then came off the top rope to murder him on Twitter, metaphorically speaking, of course. RGIII tried to defend himself but LeSean McCoy then exposed Robert Griffin III’s horrendous stats and it appeared RGIII dug his own grave…

It started with LeSean McCoy reminding Robert Griffin III how badly and frequently he struggled under center in the NFL:

In his defense, RGIII tried to defend himself. He wasn’t going to just sit back and take it so he fired this back:

Meanwhile, NFL fans were just sitting back in the mentions dying at how badly RGIII got trolled out of nowhere. Also, for what it’s worth, Robert Griffin III had a 12-26-0 record as a quarterback in the NFL (43 TDs-30 INTs).
