Lionel Messi has taken the MLS and American soccer by storm since coming over to the USA to play for David Beckham’s Inter Miami this summer. And, his son is announcing himself on the domestic soccer scene, as well.

The former Barcelona star’s oldest son, Thiago, is now ten years old, right around the age that serious soccer training starts to happen. And, that’s exactly what’s happen for young Thiago.

It will be basically be impossible for him to be as good as his dad, who has established himself as quite arguably the greatest player in the sport’s history. That case was significantly bolstered in December, when Lionel Messi led Argentina to the 2022 FIFA World Cup title in Qatar.

Like anything else that involves Lionel Messi, the Twitter Reply Guys were out. Take a look.

Lionel Messi has been sparkling since making his debut in July. He has 11 goals in 11 appearances for the club. The team had struggled this year prior to the Argentine joining. But, he led them to a Leagues Cup championship, and they have an impressive ten points out of a possible twelve since MLS play restarted in late August.

They will need to continue winning if they are to make the MLS playoffs, which surely the league office wants to happen.

Meanwhile, I’m sure people will be following Thiago’s exploits like they follow Tiger Woods’ son, Charlie.
