YouTuber turned WWE star Logan Paul says that fighting WWE rival Kevin Owens is more difficult than fighting boxing legend Floyd Mayweather.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Paul made the bold claim Friday while appearing on the Pat McAfee Show in advance of his WrestleMania XL triple-threat match against Owens and Randy Orton on Sunday.

“I can’t believe I’m about to say this,” Paul began. “Kevin (Owens), run with this on your Instagram. Fighting Kevin Owens was harder than fighting Floyd Mayweather.”

At that point, both McAfee and the live crowd let out a gasp.

“Let me tell you something,” he continued. “Wrestling is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. There is no industry that requires the amount of skill sets all in one like the WWE. … The amount of things you have to think about when you’re in that ring.

“And I’ve said this a thousand times, but when you’re boxing, I’m worried about one person. I’m worried about the guy across from me. When I’m wrestling, I’m worried about 60,000 people in the arena. And it’s my job to make sure that they got their money’s worth. I take that very, very seriously. So, I’m in the lab man.”

Paul’s first pro wrestling match came at WrestleMania 38 in Dallas. He immediately impressed fans with his in-ring, and he’s only improved since.

The YouTube superstar has since wrestled in several big matches, winning the WWE United States title on November 4 over legendary wrestler Rey Mysterio.

He’s held that title ever since and is set to defend against Owens and Orton on Sunday.

Will that match be tougher than his exhibition bout with the undefeated Mayweather in 2021? Only Logan Paul can answer that question.

But at least according to him, it sure seems that way.
