Mark Cuban Praised For Low Cost Prescription Drug Company That Sells Medications For Fraction Of Retail Prices

Billionaire Mark Cuban is going viral this weekend because of his low cost prescription drug company.

Earlier this year, Cuban launched his Cost Plus Drug Company with the slogan, “No middlemen. No price games. Huge drug saving.” Cuban’s company buys large quantities of high-demand drugs and sells them to customers at a 15% markup which ends up being much lower than competitors’ prices.

“Every product we sell is priced exactly the same way, our cost plus 15%, plus the pharmacy fee, if any. When you get your medicine from Cost Plus Drug Co., you’ll always know exactly how we arrived at the price you pay. And as we grow and our costs go down, we will always pass those savings on to you,”

Cuban’s drug company went viral on social media after several people talked about how much money they saved using Cuban’s prescription drug website.

Cuban says the site only sells 100 drugs at the moment but they plan to expand and sell over a thousand drugs in a year.
