It’s an open secret that the relationship between Wilson and his teammates and hasn’t been good, and Wilson eventually got traded last year to the Broncos.

While Russell won a Super Bowl with Seattle, it’s been pretty obvious that the camaraderie wasn’t there between Russ and the rest of his team.

Lynch didn’t hold back when discussing his perception of Wilson on ‘Club Shay Shay’ with Shannon Sharpe, stating, “Can’t pick up the phone and call home boy or nothing. I don’t got his number.”

According to Lynch he had a strange conversation with Wilson at one point during their tenure together, as the quarterback seemed to struggle to comprehend Lynch’s intentions.

“We on the same team going for the same goal, and this is how you chose to respond to me,” Lynch said. “It was more so, maybe you don’t understand what I’m saying.”

Lynch explained that whenever he attempted to connect with Wilson on a personal level, he couldn’t seem to make a breakthrough. Instead, while Lynch bonded with the rest of the team, Wilson often kept to himself.

At one point during the interview Lynch said that coach Pete Carroll told the rest of the team to simply not talk to Russell Directly, but instead go through him or the quarterback coach.
