Matt Damon, Ben Affleck And Others Take Blame For DeflateGate To Defend Tom Brady

Tom Brady is one of Boston’s most beloved sports figures of all-time. So its not surprising that every person in the New England area was quick to come to his defense and display unwavering support of the Patriots quarterback after the DeflateGate scandal.

Jimmy Kimmel allowed these passionate fans to appear on his late night TV show to confess that they were the culprit in deflating the footballs in the AFC Championship Game and not the divine Tom Brady. In the hilarious Kimmel skit they all reveal, “I am the locker room guy.”

Some of the Pats fans that admitted they let out the air in the footballs were Donald Old Donald McDonald from Revere (John Krasinski) and Ryan Salty Flannigan from Roslindale (Ben Affleck). Other Boston-area celebs that confessed to suck the air out include Matt Damon, Chris Evans, Steven Tyler, Eli Roth, Bill Simmons and Dicky Barrett from the the Mighty Mighty Bosstones.

There are plenty of reasons that 11 of 12 footballs were deflated in the playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts. The logical causes of the saggy balls include the Goodyear Blimp needed air, one gentleman was attempting to get the genie out of the balls and an 8-year-old with bronchitis needed oxygen.

One fervent Pats fan declared, “It wasn’t Brady, unless he deflated those foot balls with his piercing blue eyes.”

In Patriots nation, we are all the locker room guy.
