The wait for another Super Bowl ring has been a tough one for the Dallas Cowboys and their fans.
The franchise’s last ring came at the end of the 1995 season and they have experienced plenty of disappointment since.
The organization has a losing record in the playoffs since winning that last ring and hasn’t made it past the Divisional Round in that time.
These results are especially disappointing given the lofty expectations the Dallas Cowboys enter every NFL season with.
While this has left fans desperately hoping for a ring, there is one person in particular who could really use a Cowboys Super Bowl ring right about now.
Yesterday, Cowboys safety Jayron Kearse posted a tweet saying how badly he wants a ring before his NFL career comes to an end.
Star linebacker Micah Parsons responded to Kearse’s post, saying that he wants a ring so badly that he won’t even be letting his girlfriend get a ring before he does.

It’s an impressive level of dedication to reaching the ultimate goal from one of the Cowboys’ biggest stars.
The addition of Parsons and the emergence of Trevon Diggs over the past couple of years have helped turn the Cowboys’ defense into one that can compete with the top teams in the league.
Next season, they’ll just need the offense to step up to that same level. That offense could undergo some big changes this offseason.
The Cowboys parted ways with offensive coordinator Kellen Moore. Dalton Schultz and Tony Pollard are heading for free agency and Ezekiel Elliott could be released.
If the Cowboys can get all of that figured out, they could be a contender to finally end their wait for a ring next year. Otherwise, Micah Parsons’ girlfriend could be waiting a while for a ring.
