UFC star Michael Chandler was not impressed with Colby Covington’s performance vs Leon Edwards.
Last week, Covington told the media that history would repeat itself and vowed to beat the British Edwards like it was 1776.

“It’s great to be back on U.S. soil and get to defend my country and defend the honor of all citizens here in America… History repeats itself. It’s just going to be another 1776 and that means the British don’t come to America. You come to America, you’re going home empty-handed, junior.”
Unfortunately for Covington, he was dominated at UFC 296 and was mocked by several fighters. One fighter to make fun of Covington was Michael Chandler, who jokingly said Colby let down America and Donald Trump with his performance.

It seems like everyone was waiting for Covington’s fall to mock him.
