Michigan football made a statement on Saturday with its win over Wisconsin. Going into Camp Randall is no easy task to begin with…

But the Wolverines went into Madison and put a BEATDOWN on the Badgers, winning 38-17. And not only did they leave with a dub, they moved into the Top 10 in Sunday’s AP Poll.

It was a dominant performance from start to finish. Michigan took a 10-point lead into the fourth quarter and decided to embrace the energy that was exuding from the home stadium.

As “Jump Around” began to play throughout the loudspeakers, one of the most exciting traditions in college sports began. The student section, and much of the entire stadium, went bananas. It was arguably the best of the season so far.

As the raucous crowd broke out into a frenzy, the Wolverines decided to join in on the action on the field. As the Badgers stood near their sideline, visibly flat, Michigan’s sideline jumped all over the field.

It was arrogant and I hope they get humbled ASAP. But they can talk that talk for now.

The song did not provide any juice to the home side, but it sure got the blue and maize going. Michigan scored 18 points in the fourth quarter and put the game away.
