4 Things To Think About Before Betting On Game 6 Of The NBA Finals

The Warriors live to play another game as they sneak a win in Toronto 106-105.

Steph Curry had a stellar 31 point performance, and although Kevin Durant’s appearance was short, he made an impact by scoring 11 points in just 12 minutes.

Unfortunately, an Achilles injury leaves Durant finished for the playoffs.

Golden State must again stave off elimination Thursday night at home.

A win will tie the series at three, and give them a chance to be the first team to win back-to-back-to-back titles since the Lakers from 2009-11.

Kawhi Leonard has been the star of the series. At the end of game five, he led Toronto to a comeback by scoring 11 consecutive points, and at one point had a late fourth-quarter lead.

Can he take charge and give the Raptors their first title or will the Warriors take this to a winner-take-all game seven?

I’m Not Feeling The Spread They’re Serving

Besides game five, these games have not been too competitive. Excluding Monday night’s one-point win for the Warriors, the average margin of victory is 10.2.

We have yet to see a spread covered in this series. The spread for game six is currently set 3.5 with the Warriors as the favorites.

It’s tough with this trend to say take either spread, but I think this could change on Thursday as I will tell you in a little bit

It’s Been About The Road – Not Always The Warriors

The only home win so far in this series was Toronto’s game one victory.

The Raptors have proven playing big games in Oracle does not intimidate them, and once again, they don’t have to plan for Kevin Durant.

Toronto could be the safe bet straight up and contradicting the trend I previously stated, also a safe bet with the 3.5 points they’re getting.

Be Cautious of The Total

For the first five games, the total has been between 212-216. 2-2-1 is the record of the over/under.

Game six is set at the lowest total so far with 210.5.

Game five was not only the closest margin of victory for either team (one point), it was also the lowest total number of points scored with 197.

Even with the total set at its lowest in the series, the under is your best bet.

Right now Steph Curry’s total point line is 32.5.

He scored 31 with Kevin Durant in the lineup, once again he has to step up with him out.

At home, elimination game, Curry has a big night.

Take the over.
