Enes Kanter made a scene of himself at the Fever vs. Sky game on Sunday
Former NBA player Enes Kanter ramped up his WNBA publicity stunt to a new level over the weekend as he was tossed out of Sunday’s Chicago Sky vs. Indiana Fever game for making a scene of himself. Kanter has spent the summer trying to declare for the WNBA Draft.
On Sunday, Enes Kanter was ejected from the Indiana Fever vs. Chicago Sky matchup after stepping onto the edge of the court to argue with Sky guard Natasha Cloud.

Kanter was seated courtside wearing a shirt reading “WOMAN noun adult human female” and got into an altercation with Cloud in the third quarter
Current and former NBA players are calling out Enes Kanter Freedom for his WNBA stunt after getting ejected from a game
Mikal Bridges, who just won an NBA title with the New York Knicks, called Kanter a “straight loser,” while Evan Turner — who was teammates with Kanter towards the end of the 2018-19 season when they were both with the Portland Trail Blazers — asked Kanter what he’s doing.

Former NFL quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III also took to social media to call out Kanter.
“Enes Kanter is causing more harm and damage to the women he claims he is trying to protect. THIS is lame,” RGIII posted.
Milwaukee Bucks forward Kyle Kuzma chimed in to label Kanter a “drama queen,” while former Indianapolis Colts defensive back called Kanter a “bum.”

“Sophie Cunningham shot a three, and I put my hands up to celebrate. Literally, a couple possessions later, Natasha came back and started screaming and yelling and said, ‘She’s not gonna sleep with you,'” Kanter claimed after the game, according to Fox.
“And I was like, ‘I am not trying to sleep with her. I’m just here to protect women and support her.’ And then, obviously, after that she started yapping, and she started to walk towards me, and literally I just got up, and then I was like, ‘I’m just here to protect women, and that’s all.’”
During his 11-year NBA career with the Utah Jazz, Oklahoma City Thunder, New York Knicks, Portland Trail Blazers, and Boston Celtics, Kanter averaged 11.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 0.9 assists per game. He now spends his time fighting a battle that does exist, as there are currently zero transgender players in the WNBA.
