Multiple media outlets have now revealed the strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that all of Diddy’s “Freak Off” party attendees allegedly had to sign.

The strict NDA, according to RadarOnline.com, prohibited all “Freak Off” party guests from discussing what happened inside the events.

Anyone who attended one of Diddy’s parties and signed the NDA is allegedly not allowed to not share any information about Diddy, his family, partners, or associates without his explicit permission. That includes taking photos, filming, recording, posting on social media, giving interviews, or disclosing any party details.

Party guests who signed the non-disclosure agreement are bound by the alleged agreement for “the life of the artist plus 20 years after their death” or 70 years, whichever is longer.

TMZ, which also obtained a copy of the alleged Diddy “Freak Off” party NDA, adds that it also covers any discussion of Sean Combs’ spouses and friends.

The NDA also specifically names the social media sites where party attendees are not allowed to post, and states that guests are also not allowed to write books about what they witnessed.

The agreement also prohibits “Freak Off” party attendees from having another person perform any of the prohibited acts.

The Mirror points out that Diddy’s alleged NDA could explain why Ashton Kutcher said he couldn’t discuss anything about Diddy’s parties during a 2019 Hot Ones interview.

“Wow. Okay, I’ve got a lot I can’t tell,” Kutcher said.

Last week, Courtney Burgess, a witness who testified before a grand jury on Thursday, claimed he has been in possession of 11 flash drives containing at least eight of Diddy’s “Freak Off” party videos. He also claims that eight different A-list celebrities appear on those videos.

In separate lawsuits filed in October, multiple people claimed Diddy threatened to kill them if they didn’t cooperate as they were sexually assaulted.
