Arguably the worst decade in the history of New York Knicks basketball has been the last ten years. From 2014-2022, New York City’s most beloved team didn’t win a single playoff series and only made the postseason one time, a first-round exit in 2021. But that era appears to be over in a big way.

The 2022-2023 New York Knicks had a great regular season after a slow start to the season. They finished 47-35, good enough for the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference. That set up a first-round matchup with the fourth-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers.

And, the Knicks dominated the Cavaliers. They won game 1 on the road, won games 3 and 4 at home, and closed out the series back in Cleveland with a dominant 106-95 win.

New YorkKnicks fans are probably the most passionate fans in the entire NBA, and they are fired up on social media about the big win.

And, let’s go to the corner of 34th and 7th, the home of Madison Square Garden, to see what Knicks fans are up to.

And, for New York Knicks fans who are also Jets fans, it’s been a great week for them.

The Knicks, as of press time, will await the winner of the Heat-Bucks series. The Heat lead the top-seeded Bucks 3-1.
