The Los Angeles Rams might actually be in rebuild mode after their latest decision to trade Jalen Ramsey to the Miami Dolphins.
However, what they received in their trade has NFL fans thinking the franchise got absolutely fleeced.
According to Adam Schefter, the Rams are receiving just a third-round pick (77 overall) and tight end Hunter Long as their compensation for trading Jalen Ramsey.
Trade is now agreed to, per sources:

We know the Dolphins don’t exactly have the best draft capital thanks to their illegal tampering with Tom Brady. Even so, NFL fans can’t help but think Miami robbed Los Angeles blind with this deal.
Unbelievable.

Always start low with your first offer.
Wonder if the Dolphins initially asked the Rams if they would do the deal for FREE…and then just dealt from there

After this move, the rest of the NFL needs to pay attention to the Dolphins.
Look for this team to make some noise in the 2023 season.
