This NFL Lineman Suffered A Career-Ending Injury In Week 1, Then He Lost 100 Pounds And Now Looks RIPPED

At the start of the 2014 NFL season,San Diego Chargers starting center, Nick Hardwick weighed in at 305 pounds. The 2014 season would not only be his 11th in the league, it would also be his last. In week 1, Hardwick suffered a career-ending neck injury.

Since being an offensive lineman is more or less a thankless job, the media and the general public haven’t exactly been watching Hardwick’s every move since he suffered the injury all those weeks ago.

Turns out, he’s been lifting, Bro. And eating right and doing all the other shit it takes to lose 100 pounds in 6 months.

Two days ago, a much svelter, 208-pound version of Nick Hardwick showed up to his official retirement announcement. He looked almost unrecognizable.
