The New York Mets’ Noah Syndergaard is one of the game’s most talented pitchers, capable of doing things that wows people anytime he’s in a game.
One of those things includes being a complete beast while on the mound, as Syndergaard struck out eight and allowed just one run in seven innings against the Phillies last night.
And for those who don’t know much about the Mets’ righty, I’m sure you know the guy throws hard. Like, really hard. As in, hard enough to brand his catcher—which was the case last night.
How hard does Syndergaard throw? Plawecki blocked a pitch w/ his chest. Theres now an imprint where his necklace was pic.twitter.com/Sd52ije5PZ

With Syndergaard’s battering mate, catcher Kevin Plawecki, was forced to stop a pitch with his chest, his the ball was coming with such force that it actually left an imprint of Plawecki’s necklace on his skin.
Noah Syndergaard is a bad, bad man, who has two pitches that average more than 98 miles per hour, so stepping into the batter’s box against him is a decision that might want to come with a warning.
