As they do every year, Forbes has released its latest “30 Under 30” edition of the magazine featuring people like Kendall Jenner, Jenna Ortega, Noah Schnapp, Alix Earle, Ice Spice, and, of course, everyone’s favorite TikToker slash college gymnast Olivia Dunne.
I’m still not sure how the math works on this, because by my count there are over 600 different people listed under 20 different categories, but yeah, sure “30 Under 30.”
Anyhoo, under the “Sports” category are folks like the aforementioned Dunne, Jessica Pegula, Angel Reese, Sha’Carri Richardson, Ronald Acuna, Jr., Anthony Edwards, Kyle Kuzma, Lamar Jackson, Austin Ekeler, and Diana Flores – quarterback of the Mexican women’s national flag football team.
Under Olivia Dunne’s ’30 Under 30″ profile, Forbes estimates that she made $2.3 million over the 12 months ending in June.
It also mentions her massive following on social media as well as her partnerships with brands like Vuori, American Eagle and Motorola.
And, well, other than her major (Arts/Science), that’s it.
No explanation of why she made the list, unless you count Forbes writing nine words saying she is “one of the faces of college sports’ NIL era” as an explanation.
They didn’t even use the photos that Livvy posted on Instagram Wednesday night with the caption “@forbes 30 under 30.”
So, really, the honor doesn’t, at least on the surface, appear to mean a whole lot what with being one of over 600 and not even getting a decent writeup, nor does it provide anything in the way of entertainment or new information.
Thankfully, we have Olivia Dunne’s funnier older sister Julz Dunne.
About an hour before Livvy posted her photos to Instagram, Julz shared a TikTok that reveals a behind the scenes look at the photo shoot.

“You are like a cool breeze,” the girls’ mother Kat Dunne commented.
“Thanks mom,” Julz replied, obviously very proud of herself.
“Imagine not being known as her sister but as the person who holds the leaf blower,” one viewer also commented.
“She would be nothing without me,” Julz joked in response.
