Panthers Add Former Chiefs, Colts Veteran DT To Bolster Defensive Line

In a move aimed at bolstering their defensive line, the Carolina Panthers signed veteran defensive tackle Taylor Stallworth, according to his agent Brett Tessler.

The acquisition of Stallworth is expected to provide valuable depth and experience to the Panthers’ front line.

Stallworth brings a wealth of NFL experience to the Panthers, having previously played for the New Orleans Saints, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans, and Kansas City Chiefs.

Standing at an imposing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 305 pounds played in 57 career games, and recorded 4.5 sacks, 52 tackles, 7 tackles for loss, and 14 quarterback hits.

The signing of Taylor Stallworth comes as the Panthers continue to make strategic moves during the offseason to fortify their roster.

As the Panthers prepare for the start of training camp and the subsequent regular season, the addition of Taylor Stallworth is poised to contribute to their defensive depth.
