The Carolina Panthers seem to be shaking things up.

Following their recent high-stakes move to snag the No. 1 overall pick in April’s draft in order to bring in rookie Bryce Young, they’re not resting on their laurels.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Panthers are on the hunt for a new wide receiver, despite adding DJ Chark and Adam Thielen this season

The Panthers have shown interest to bolster their offensive weapons around Bryce Young. Trying to make sure Young has all the support he needs.

While rookie receiver Jonathan Mingo was drafted in the second round this year, he’s been slow off the mark, grabbing just eight catches for 64 yards in three games.

Panthers’ general manager Scott Fitterer isn’t holding back. He’s actively seeking deals, not just for wide receivers but also possibly a safety, given Xavier Woods’ hamstring troubles.

The Panthers, despite a rocky 0-3 start, are not showing signs of desperation. They’re not looking to trade away their players for draft picks just yet and hope to turn things around.
