The NFL trade deadline is quickly approaching and rumors regarding the New England Patriots’ left tackle Isaiah Wynn is heating up. However, it sounds like the star offensive lineman is completely fed up with hearing about the rumors.

Isaiah Wynn Ends Interview During Patriots Trade Rumor Talks

According to USA Today, the Patriots left tackle was asked about the current trade rumors circulating in the NFL. Surprisingly, Wynn shut down the question immediately and cut the interview short. Isaiah Wynn first responded to the question by stating, “I’m playing and doing what I have to do.”

However, things took a turn after Wynn was, “pressed a bit harder and asked if he wanted to be a Patriot,” per USA Today. Apparently, the Patriots’ offensive lineman responded with, “I’m here, right?” before storming away.

The rumors are swirling for a reason whether Isaiah Wynn likes it or not. He’s in a contract year and hasn’t played up to par halfway through the season. Regardless, it’s obvious Wynn wants to move on from the trade rumor talks circulating New England.

It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out. It’s not like the Patriots have been an offensive juggernaut this year. For that reason, trading Isiaha Wynn could be beneficial in the long run. However, he clearly wants to remain in New England.

With just two days to go before the NFL trade deadline (November 1), trade rumors are sure to continue to ramp up for the Patriots. However, the question remains, will New England pull the trigger and trade Isaiah Wynn?
