The Patriots are in the middle of their worst season in the Robert Kraft era, dating back 30 years. They are 2-7 and are currently down to the Colts in Germany.
In the third quarter of the game, quarterback Mac Jones, down 7-3, threw a near interception in the redzone on 3rd down, which would’ve cost the Patriots important points.

While it ultimately didn’t matter much as Patriots rookie kicker Chad Ryland missed a 35-yard field goal on the next play, the struggling Mac Jones was screamed at by offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien, as shown on the broadcast. Bill Belichick was right there next to them as well.

Jones has been really bad this season, with 11 total interceptions+fumbles to 10 touchdowns, and nearly threw another pick in the redzone later in the game.
It feels like a lot of changes will come to the Patriots next season, including with Belichick and Jones.
