Highly touted MLB prospect Paul Skenes is opening up about what it’s like dating Olivia Dunne.
Earlier this week, Skenes, who was drafted #1 overall by the Pittsburgh Pirates and is currently playing in the minor leagues, revealed that he was, in fact dating the popular LSU gymnast after weeks of online speculation.
Dunne was most recently seen sitting alone in a sky box suite at one of his Single-A games in Bradenton.

Apparently, Dunne was in the suite because she was being harassed by fans which bothered Skenes.
“I do wish she could come to a baseball game and just enjoy it,” he added. “It does irk me. I don’t have any control over it. She really doesn’t either. I’m sure it’ll get better as I go up levels, but that’s something I want for her.”
Skenes’ comments were likely rooted in what happened to Dunne at LECOM Park when Paul made his affiliated-ball debut on Tuesday night. Dunne was originally in the seats behind home plate but wound up watching from the broadcast booth when fan harassment became too much
Dunne has spoken about how hard it is for her to live her daily life. Last month Dunne said she stopped attending classes at LSU for “safety reasons.”
“There were some scares in the past, and I just want to be as careful as possible,”“I don’t want people to know my daily schedule and where I am.”
Hopefully when Skenes gets called up to the majors, Dunne will have to deal with less harassment from fans.
