Pete Davidson is back on Instagram using a joint account with former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning and things are getting weird in a hurry.
Davidson famously deleted Instagram during the time he was dating Kim Kardashian. All of Pete Davidson’s posts were being flooded with hate messages from Kanye West fans. Thousands of fans (and bots) were commented ‘Skete’ and telling Pete to ‘find God’ after Pete was harrassed by Kanye.
Things have changed. Most of the world has come to see Kanye West for who he really is. And all the while, Pete Davidson continues to live his best life. Now he’s partnered up with Eli Manning for a joint Instagram account ‘@pete_eli10‘ that’s was launched on December 7th.
The first post from the @pete_eli10 account was a video of Pete Davidson and Eli Manning in bed. It’s Pete speaking to the camera telling the world he’s back:

That was followed up by a two photos. One of Pete chilling on a windowsill in front of some New York Giants penants and one of Eli Manning pointing to Pete Davidson’s NY Giants tattoo on his waistline:

Then came this video of Eli Manning and Pete Davidson talking about spooning. Pete explains how he sometimes likes to be the little spoon. Eli believes they’re talking about actual metal spoons used to eat and is confused the entire time:
The most recent post from the joint Eli-Pete Instagram account is Eli showing off his outfit in the close. Some might call this a ‘heat check’. Eli is, in fact, looking fresh here:

This all feels like the lead up to a Super Bowl commercial. The chances that this is being backed by a brand are 100%. There’s no world where this isn’t a branded stunt. But it remains to be seen how much time will pass before the reason for the stunt (the product) is revealed.
