NFL fans received great news on Tuesday when Peyton Hillis announced that his condition is improving. The former Madden Cover athlete running back spent an extended time in the ICU following an heroic act.

Last month, it was reported that Peyton Hillis saved his children from drowning. Thanks to Hillis’ quick action, his kids survived but the rescue left Hillis in ‘critical condition’ and he had to go to the Intensive care unit at the hospital.

With the help of a lot of good care, Peyton Hills now updates us that he expects to make a ‘100% recovery’

Peyton Hills Had A Successful Pro Career

Hillis played 7-years in the NFL and was named the EA Sports Madden cover athlete in 2011, after running for 1,177 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Over his NFL career, Peyton played for Denver Broncos, Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs, and New York Giants. Totaling 2,832 rushing yards.
