Peyton Manning teed off in the BMW Championship Pro Am this week, which provided a rough scene for the Super Bowl winning quarterback. Golf made him look like a normal guy!
The passer was humbled quickly, providing an immediate viral moment for viewers on the first tee.
Manning topped his first shot, which bounced out the tee box and slowly into the rough.

“He’s human!” you can hear one bystander shouting as Manning made a quick joke about the drive.
Things would get worse before they got better.
Later on in his round, Peyton Manning was seen chipping just off the green in hopes of positioning his ball near the cup. While he succeeded in getting a bit closer to the flagstick, he soon became the target of mockery.

Viewers ripped Manning’s golf swing to shreds soon after the clip went viral. One of those critics was PGA player Michael Kim.
To be fair, that’s kinda what his throwing motion looked like post neck surgery in Denver.

Brutal!
Peyton Manning struggled late in his career with health issues, needing multiple neck surgeries to get him through his NFL career. Those procedures didn’t stunt his production as he retired as the league’s all-time leader in passing yards and touchdowns.
Drew Brees has since surpassed some of those records, but Manning’s Hall of Fame status remains.
Unfortunately, he looked anything but a world-class athlete on the golf course this week!
