Love This Fan Evading PGA Tour Security To Jump In A Pond At The Farmers Insurance Open

It’s unclear whether the following video posted by PGA Tour pro Harold Varner III was the end result of a lost bet, extreme intoxication, or more probably a combination of the two.

But the thing that is clear is I fucking love this golf fan’s utter brazenness to literally leap into a pond at Torrey Pines mid second round of the Farmers Insurance Open…and then act like he was going to cooperate with authorities, only to make a glorious run for for freedom down the 18th fairway.

You almost got away, champ. But A+ for effort all day long.

Unfortunately for Varner III, the East Carolina graduate missed the cut this weekend, but hey, so did Tiger, so we’ll say he’s in good company.
