The Pittsburgh Pirates Pulled Off The First Ever 4-5-4 Triple Play In MLB History Against The Cardinals

If you watch a ton of baseball, you’re eventually going to see a triple play or two — it’s a rarity that occurs with a large amount of luck and magic colliding. What had never been seen before tonight though, was a 4-5-4 triple play (the first out caused by the second baseman, the second out by the third baseman, and the third out by the second baseman again). But then the Pittsburgh Pirates pulled it off against the St. Louis Cardinals, courtesy of Pirates 2B Neil Walker:

The broadcast call of the play was pretty fantastic too.
