Rachel Stuhlmann, the woman who has repeatedly gone viral for wanting to be the “Paige Spiranac of tennis” (both have appeared in Maxim), is feeling in the holiday spirit, much to the delight of her many fans.

“Ok it’s getting too cold to play outside,” Stuhlmann wrote in the caption to her latest photo.

“I get asked a lot what my favorite court surface to play on is. I love them all, and the different movement, ball bounce, and adjustments you have to make for each surface. But for me, it’s a fast, hard indoor court. No elements, and it feels/sounds like you are hitting every ball insanely hard. So yes, I’m excited for indoor tennis season.”

Stuhlmann previously admitted back in October, “I love cold weather! Winter time is my absolute favorite time of year! I love the fall and winter seasons and the holidays.

“My favorite thing is spending time with my family around the holidays. I also love the fresh air outside when it’s cold, and fall and winter fashion. And I love staying in on a winter night and watching a movie!”

Fans who missed that interview still knew the 30-year-old Stuhlmann was feeling rather merry based on another Instagram photo she shared last week.

On that photo she wrote, “It’s the holiday season and I have something so exciting to share with you all next week, I can’t wait!”

Not sure that that exciting thing is/was supposed to be. Surely, it wasn’t her telling us what her favorite tennis playing surface is, right?

Rachel Stuhlmann played tennis at the University of Missouri from 2010 to 2014

According to her profile on the Mizzou tennis website, the St. Louis native competed at the number three singles position for the team in her senior year.

She went 12-19 in singles in her final collegiate season and 9-21 in her junior year. Those number were a big dropoff from her 16-7 and 19-11 records in her sophomore and freshman years.

Now she’s out here scoring dubs as an an on-court interviewer, working as a global events and media manager for Top Court, and dominating the tennis social media scene.

Check out an interview Rachel Stuhlmann did recently where she discussed her tennis career, being one of the top tennis influencers, how she using her platform to showcase different tennis tournaments, and what she’s got planned next in her career.
