Despite many rumors about a possible trade, it appears that the Las Vegas Raiders have not received any trade offers for their Pro Bowl wide receiver, Hunter Renfrow.

According to a report by Tashan Reed of The Athletic, the Raiders have not received any trade offers for Renfrow at this time. This news is particularly noteworthy because the Raiders drafted another receiver, Tre Tucker,  in the 3rd round of the 2023 Draft.

The Raiders already have a roster boasting highly paid receivers like Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers, who was recently signed as a free agent from the New England Patriots.

Renfrow’s 2022 season was plagued by injuries, as he missed seven games due to concussion and oblique injuries. He finished the season with 36 catches for 330 yards and two scores.

While no trade offers have materialized yet, it doesn’t mean that teams haven’t inquired about Renfrow’s availability. The interest in his services could potentially change as the season progresses and approaches the trade deadline in late October.

Renfrow’s performance in the upcoming 2023 season carries great significance. He needs to demonstrate that he can stay healthy and regain the impressive form he displayed in 2021 when he caught 103 passes for 1,038 yards and nine touchdowns.

Renfrow’s current contract will count $13.1 million against the salary cap for the upcoming season and $13.7 million in 2024. However, there is no guaranteed money remaining in his contract for 2024.

The Raiders are undoubtedly counting on Renfrow to contribute significantly to their offensive success this year.
