In the first quarer of the Niners-Rams game, 49’ers running back Reggie Bush was pushed out of bounds by Benny Cunningham of the Rams after a punt return. Bush ended up travelling all the went way towards the wall on the sidelines, and slipped on the concrete.
Bush was eventually carted off with an apparent knee injury. There’s no word on the severity of his injury as of this moment.
Update: Niners believe Reggie Bush tore his ACL and is likely out for the season.
