Rob Reiner & His Wife Michele Found Dead In Their California Home, Police Suspect They Were Murdered

Extremely tragic news is coming out of Los Angeles.

On Sunday night, it was reported that two people were found dead in film director Rob Reiner’s home in an “apparent homicide.”

The LA Fire Department said a man and a woman were found deceased inside, approximately 78 and 68 years old, around 3:30 p.m.

The LAPD said in a brief statement that two people were found deceased inside the home, and detectives from the Robbery Homicide Division were handling the case.

“At this time, no further details are available as this is an ongoing RHD investigation into an apparent homicide,” the statement said.

TMZ would later confirm that Reiner and his wife wife Michele, were the two people found dead with “lacerations consistent with that of a knife.”

As we told you … two dead bodies were found in Rob and Michele’s Brentwood home Sunday afternoon — and law enforcement sources tell us it is the Reiners.

Our sources say the two suffered lacerations consistent with a knife. The LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division is still investigating.

As of now, there are no confirmed suspects in the death of the Reiners.

Movie fans mourned Reiner’s death on social media.
