Former Bucs Second Round Pick Roberto Aguayo Released By The Chicago Bears

Roberto Aguayo may have been the greatest college kicker of all-time but it appears that the former FSU star’s NFL career is already over. Less than two years after getting drafted by the Bucs in the second round, Aguayo has now been released by his second team in the past month after struggling in the preseason.

Aguayo’s release from the Bears doesn’t come as a surprise considering he badly whiffed his first kick with the team a few weeks ago.

It’s pretty insane how good this kid was in college and now for whatever reason he can’t make simple kicks in the NFL.
