One of the more surprising stories to come out of the Los Angeles Rams’ Super Bowl win centered around Sean McVay. That story was that Sean McVay might be ready to end his career as an NFL head coach after the Super Bowl.

The report seemed odd at the time, but gained traction after the Rams won. Some seemed to believe that even though McVay is only 36 years old, he would go out on top after winning his first Super Bowl in his second appearance in the game.

It turns out, Sean McVay will be coming back to defend the title next season.

This is great news for the Rams. They should expect to have a majority of their team back next season and will get Robert Woods back at some point next season. Not having to worry about finding a new head coach on top of replacing their offensive coordinator is a big win for them.

With this announcement, the Rams should find themselves among the favorites to win the Super Bowl next year.

McVay reportedly turned down a potential massive deal with Amazon to return to the Rams. His potential move to TV did however secure him a raise from the Rams.

It looks like the NFL may be stuck trying to beat Sean McVay and the Los Angeles Rams for a long time.
