Earlier today Norwegian snowboarder Kjersti Buaas tried to shred Sochi’s crazy-dangerous slopestyle course during a competition. Yes, the same one Shaun White is refusing to ride on during the Olympics due to safety concerns. She failed miserably, taking this brutal head-first crash.
Ouch. Fortunately, it looks like she’s OK, noting that she “only ruptured a muscle” on her Instagram page:
