Steph Curry erupted for 50 points on Wednesday night, however, he was the only one who showed up against the Phoenix Suns. No other teammate recorded more than 19 points and the Golden State Warriors lost the game. Now, the superstar guard comments on his team’s struggles early in the season.
According to Kendra Andrews, Steph Curry didn’t mince words about what’s going on with Golden State. He’s well aware of the struggles the Warriors are facing right now and the only way to fix them is by addressing the issues.
Curry: “It’s a struggle right now, keeping it real. We have to understand that it’s going to be really hard to dig yourself out of the situation that we’re in because there are a lot of issues … losing becomes a habit if you don’t fix it.”

It’s insane to see a team who just won the NBA Championship to being one of the bottom feeders the very next season. Golden State can’t get anything going, as it looks like Steph Curry vs. everyone else in every game. The Warriors guard is doing everything possible to keep his team competitive.
Even so, it just wasn’t enough to beat the Suns. Luckily for Golden State, there is still plenty of time to turn things around. Regardless, if the Warriors can’t figure it out soon, then their playoff hopes will slowly dwindle away. Which, could result in a wasted season for Steph Curry.
Look for this team to get back in the win column on Friday night, as they’re set to take on the New York Knicks. If the Warriors can earn a win, then maybe there is some hope, after all.
